Track the performance of your events!

EVENT TRAFFIC, THE NEW ANALYSIS
With event traffic, you have additional information about visits to your event pages on Shotgun (data available from 21 April 2023). If a person visits your page twice, this counts as two visits. As an event organiser, we understand that page traffic can be crucial not only for measuring popularity and visibility, but also for evaluating marketing efforts. This new feature will help organisers understand their traffic but also the conversion of views into sales.
1. Evaluate your performance
For each event, you can now track Total Visits over time. This allows you to evaluate an event's performance. You can also identify growth/decline peaks and understand what contributed to these trends. For example, after a marketing campaign, you can see how visits evolved.
2. Optimise your content
Identify the content that most attracts your audience by looking at where your visits come from (Visits by source). Whether from our Shotgun app, social networks (Facebook, Instagram...), search engines (Google, Bing...), your website or others, everything is listed. Thanks to these metrics, you can create content that follows user interests.
3. Analyse your conversions
Track view-to-sale conversion! You can see rates of ticket purchases, "Interested" clicks and shares of your event. By tracking this data, you'll be able to identify areas for improvement, such as optimising your event page content or refining your marketing strategies.
