When you register on the Smartboard, you will have to activate your payment account. To do this, all you need to do is enter your legal status info to activate your account and receive payments. Three options will be presented to you: Individual or sole proprietorship, society, or non-profit organisation.
Welcome to Shotgun! To create your very first event, go to the Smartboard platform and create an account here. Once connected, click on "Create an event". If your event already exists on Facebook, you can import it directly using its URL
Email your account manager or send us a message via chat. We will send you an IFRAME which will give you direct access to your ticket office.We can also give you an IFRAME that redirects towards your agenda page.
In order to facilitate the scanning of tickets at the entrance of events, there is the possibility of importing on Shotgun tickets purchased on another platform, which allows to transform a non-Shotgun ticket into a ticket scannable by Shotgun Scan. To do this, go to Ticket Listing > Action > Import tickets. Be careful, do not open the Excel document between transfers, because reading the document may change the QR codes and make them unreadable.
